Wear-plates are pre-fabricated parts. On a steel-plate a wear-resistant layer is welded on. The parts may be cut, rolled, bended and welded. Life-time of single elements can be several times higher compared to new parts. Custom made parts are manufactured as well.
Wear-plates are in many cases more cost-efficient (fast installation) than hard-facing on site. Depending on the application the use of wear-plates may increase the life-time considerably.
Unsere Verschleißplatten werden auf die jeweiligen Anforderungen angepasst und in Europa produziert. Grund- und Beschichtungsmaterialien werden individuell zusammengestellt, daneben gibt es für jede Industrie lagernde Standardformate und –materialien. Daraus fertigen wir nach Zeichnung Plattenzuschnitte jeglicher Art.
