All our PTA torches are water-cooled therefore cooling is required. The torch needs about 2,3 kW of cooling power. Nevertheless certain systems need additional cooling (for example for a turntable) what makes bigger cooling devices necessary.
Other reasons for bigger cooling devices are continuous welding of large parts or high ambient temperatures (< 30° Celsius).
Our cooling units have the following features:

Closed cooling circuit which prevents impurities and furring

Cooling water temperature adjustable (15 - 30°C)

The cooling unit has been constructed in compact design and therefore a very space-saving installation can be realized. The appropriate cooling-water temperature can be preset and remains constant during operation.

No permanent fresh-water supply is necessary for the system.

The cooling circuit is closed itself, thus impurities and furring can be avoided.
